increasingly, largely staffed from outside Wales. As a direct result, debate
on subjects away from the English agenda for Wales seems increasingly stifled
or difficult to conduct. This website is an attempt to
redress the balance by providing the kind of platform that is being denied
elsewhere in Wales, except under controlled conditions. I have no intention of editing
anyone's views if they are relevant to the subject, no matter how opposed
they may be to my own. I appreciate that some people are in sensitive
situations and cannot say who they are so I don't mind pseudonyms - it's what
you say that's important. But I would like to know where you're from. Feel
free to link this site to your own website. This site has had a chequered
career since being founded in April, 1997. Since the original host pulled out
through ill health, a couple of successors have fallen by the wayside and the
site spent a long time in the doldrums. I've given this a lot of thought and
I'm sure I can keep it going. I'm pleased to say almost all of the team
providing a lot of the comment from all over Wales have stayed on. - David

(fins el 1997, hi havia una comarca anomenada Taf-Elái, els noms de dos rius.
"Tafod" vol dir 'llengua (de la boca)", i el títol és doncs un
